mx key security dongle not detected

what happen to my mx key*i installed new version of its software 3.4 ver.1.2 security dongle not detected*is seen on the display*smart card has been detected and drivers were installed succesfully*bet still security dongle is not detected*i try to plug the dongle on different usb ports but it shows the same problem*i tried to uninstall and install software and its drivers but the problem still persist*please help me!

try to remove the smart card and put it back then check once had that problem and was smartcard
