nokia 6151 white screen problem

hello guys
i have a nokia 6151 white screen problem the phone is totally working incoming phone also coming i try to change the lcd but still have this problem could any budy help me for this

change display ic it will work or look at lcd connecter

1-Check if you have 2*8V on C2412(if not* change N6050)
2-Check if you have 1*8V on C2409
3-Check/change Z2400* Z2401
